At BLSCD, we are committed to ensuring that every purchase meets your expectations in quality and fit. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items for store credit under the following conditions:
ELIGIBILITY

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Final sale items, gift cards, and pre-order or limited edition items are not eligible for return.
RETURN PROCESS

Our team will provide a return authorization and instructions for sending your items back.

Ship the item(s) securely using a tracked carrier. BLSCD is not responsible for items lost in transit without tracking.
STORE CREDIT

Once your return is received and inspected, eligible items will be issued store credit for the full value of the returned merchandise.

Store credit can be used toward any future BLSCD purchase and does not expire.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at matthewchilinski3@gmail.com. We will issue full store credit or provide a replacement item at no additional cost.
