What materials are BLSCD products made from?
All BLSCD garments are crafted from 100% premium cotton, chosen for its softness, breathability, and durability. We prioritize quality and comfort in every piece.
Where do you ship?
BLSCD ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location. Please see our Shipping Information page for detailed rates and estimated timelines.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days, but please allow up to 5 business days during high-volume periods.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled, as processing begins immediately to ensure fast and secure delivery.
Is my order protected during shipping?
Yes. All BLSCD orders include Shipping Protection, which covers your package against loss, damage, or theft while in transit. Our team will assist you promptly if any issues arise.
What is your return policy?
BLSCD accepts returns for store credit only within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Final sale items, gift cards, and pre-orders are not eligible. Please see our Return Policy page for full details.
How do I use my store credit?
Store credit is issued once your return is received and inspected. It can be applied to any future BLSCD purchase and does not expire.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order is damaged or incorrect, contact support@blscd.com immediately. We will provide a replacement or store credit at no additional cost.
